1. Meeting Called to Order and General Welcome

2. Last Meeting Minutes and Current Meeting Agenda Review and motion to approve (1 minute)

3. Principal’s Update – Principal Papel (10 minutes)

4. Council Introductions and Overview - Liv (5 minutes)

5. Pizza lunch and Hot Lunch - Shannon

6. Elections  - Current Council Executive positions: Chair, Vice-Chair, Assistant to Chair, Treasurer, Secretary.

7. Budget Review: (Millie) Every year the council budget (money raised previous year) is reviewed and voted on at the October/November Council Meeting. The budget we voted in June will be reviewed at today’s meeting. Additional requests for budget spend will be accepted up to one week prior to November 6 council meeting Budget vote.

8. Committee Overview (Events and programs set to run or “could” run this year if we have Parent Volunteers to lead)

10. Next meeting: 

    • Budget Meeting Thursday November 5,  6:30 pm in the Library – Millie to provide an overview of proposal process (5 minutes) 

    • Subsequent Meeting Dates: Wednesday, January 21st (Virtual); Wednesday, February 25th (Virtual); April 22 in person, June 10th, in person.
